The Top of the Table is going green! Having begun with the 2009 Annual Meeting, Top of the Table no longer provides printed handout materials to attendees on site. The handout materials will be available at www.mdrt.org beginning in September. Attendees will have the ability to download, save and print any or all of the handouts available. Handouts will be available as PDFs.
