MDRT’s official registration and housing service provider, Experient, will handle all registration and housing requests and changes. Registration and housing will be open February 1, 2012.

On-Site Registration Fee
Registration Fee: USD 995
Registration forms with valid payment received on or after Saturday, June 9, 2012 (processed on-site)

ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY AND SCHEDULE
Registration cancellation requests must be faxed or e-mailed to Experient to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
