What is the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)?
MDRT is The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. Founded in 1927, MDRT is an international, independent association of more than 31,500, or less than 1 percent, of the world's life insurance and financial services professionals. With membership from 80 nations and 464 companies, MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.
What is the MDRT Annual Meeting?
The MDRT Annual Meeting is a member-only, five-day event that takes place every June in a different city in North America. More than 5,000 members from North America, Asia, Western Europe and South America attend annually. Members attend Focus Sessions, network, learn the latest industry trends, purchase new products and are wowed by more than 80 distinguished motivational speakers.

What happens at the Annual Meeting?
More than 80 world-renowned speakers take the stage to motivate and inspire MDRT members. The five-day event offers morning and afternoon sessions on topics such as
estate and business planning, life and disability insurance, and winning business and practice management. These notable speakers make the MDRT Annual Meeting "the meeting to attend" because members get the tools they need to continue taking their practice to the top.

- USD 40 per square foot (average booth size is 100 square feet)
- USD 400 for each exposed corner

- One pre-meeting mailing list to attendees
- One booth identification sign
- 8' high-back drape and 3' high-side drape
- Company listing and 30-word description in the on-site exhibitor listing

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The refund amount is below:

How do I become an Exhibitor?
We are accepting applications now and will continue to until the exhibit spaces are sold out. You can download the
Exhibitor Application, and complete and submit it according to the instructions on
the application form.
