Where and when is the 2010 Annual Meeting?
The 2010 Annual Meeting will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, June 13–17, 2010.
What are the official hotels?
A list of official hotels for the 2010 Annual Meeting will be available February 2010.
Can I bring a guest to the 2010 Annual Meeting?
Only approved 2010 members are eligible to attend the 2010 Annual Meeting.
When is the next “guest” Annual Meeting?
The date for the next “guest” meeting has not been decided.
Why should I book my hotel room with MDRT?
Booking a hotel room through one of the official MDRT hotels helps absorb the cost of the Annual Meeting. This also helps keep registration fees lower
for future Annual Meetings.
Will there be an early registration discount?
The early registration discount is USD 695. To take advantage of the early registration discount, registration forms and payment must be received on or
before April 12, 2010.
When can I register for the meeting?
Registration and housing forms will be mailed to approved 2010 members beginning February 1, 2010. Approved 2010 members can also register online at www.mdrt.org beginning February 1, 2010.
Where will most of the functions take place?
Main Platform, Exhibits, Power Center and Registration will be held at the Vancouver Convention Center. Focus Sessions will be held at the Vancouver Convention Centre and some of the MDRT official hotels.
Where can I find a list of speakers for the 2010 Annual Meeting?
A list of speakers will be available online at www.mdrt.org beginning February 1, 2010, and will be updated as more information becomes available.
Where can I find information on Vancouver?
For information on Vancouver as a destination, please visit www.tourismvancouver.com.
Will I need a passport to travel to Vancouver?
Yes, a valid passport will be required to enter or depart Canada.

at www.travel.state.gov.
Where can I find additional visa information?
If you are traveling to Vancouver from outside Canada to attend the 2010 MDRT Annual Meeting, we recommend that you determine whether you will need a visa to enter Canada. Visit the following links within the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Web site to find the most current information about Canadian visa policies and procedures. We encourage you to apply for your visa early.

Where can I get an official meeting letter to send with my visa application?
Beginning February 2010, approved 2010 MDRT members will be able to download an official letter of invitation to submit with their visa application from the Annual Meeting section on MDRT’s Web site. Only approved 2010 MDRT members will be able to download this letter. Therefore, it is important to apply for 2010 membership early.
