MDRT’s official registration and housing service provider, Experient, will handle all registration and housing requests and changes.

If you require special needs for housing accommodations or meeting assistance, please note this on the Registration and Housing form or notify MDRT at meetings@mdrt.org. Experient and MDRT will do their best to accommodate your special request.

Important Notes:

  1. Only approved 2010 MDRT members may register for the Annual Meeting.
  2. Your registration fee(s) may be paid by check, money order (in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank) or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Make checks payable to "Experient/MDRT." For wire transfer payment, contact MDRT at meetings@mdrt.org for bank details.
  3. Registration and Housing forms will not be processed without appropriate payments (registration fee, housing fee and any additional meeting fees).
  4. Experient will not accept registrations by phone.
  5. The MDRT Annual Meeting fee does not apply to your hotel accommodations or to your 2010 membership dues. This fee is used exclusively for financing the programming cost of the Annual Meeting.
  6. DO NOT return your Registration and Housing form to MDRT Headquarters. MDRT cannot assume responsibility for forms not submitted directly to Experient.
  7. Your MDRT ID number is REQUIRED to register. Your Registration and Housing form will not be processed without it.
  8. Name badge lost on site will be replaced at the on-site registration fee of USD 895.

 

Confirmations

Your registration and housing confirmation(s) will be sent from Experient by e-mail, fax or mail within 48 hours of receipt of your Registration and Housing form. Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure that the information is correct. For any questions regarding reservations or confirmations, please contact Experient directly at mdrt@experient-inc.com.

 

Annual Meeting Registration Refund Policy and Schedule

Registration cancellation requests must be faxed or e-mailed to Experient to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Cancellation received Refund
On or before May 12, 2010 100% (less USD 50 administrative fee)
May 13–May 28, 2010 50% (less USD 50 administrative fee)
May 29, 2010 and thereafter No refund
Ticketed prepaid events No refunds after May 3, 2010

 

Visa Denials

Members who are denied a Canadian visa are eligible to receive a full refund of the meeting registration fee if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT (meetings@mdrt.org) by June 25, 2010. MDRT is not able to process refunds for visa denials after June 25, 2010.
