Q. Where and when is the 2008 Annual Meeting?
A. The 2008 Annual Meeting will be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from June 22-26.
Q. What are the official hotels?
A. A listing of official hotels for the 2008 Annual Meeting will be available in February 2008.
Q. Can I bring a guest to the 2008 Annual Meeting?
A. Only approved 2008 members are eligible to attend the 2008 Annual Meeting.
Q. When is the next ""Guest"" Annual Meeting?
A. The date for the next ""Guest"" meeting has not been decided.
Q. Why should I book my hotel room with MDRT?
A. Booking a hotel room through one of the official MDRT hotels helps absorb the cost of the Annual Meeting. This also helps keep registration fees lower for future Annual Meetings.
Q. Will there be an early bird discount?
A. The early bird discount is USD 625. In order to take advantage of the early bird discount, registration forms and payment must be received on or before April 14, 2008.
Q. When can I register for the meeting?
A. Registration and housing forms will be mailed out to approved 2008 members beginning February 1, 2008. Approved 2008 members can also register on-line from this website beginning February 1.
Q. Where will most of the functions take place?
A. Main Platform, Exhibits, Power Center and Registration will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Center. Focus Sessions and Special Sessions will be held between, the Convention Center, Fairmont Royal York Hotel and Sheraton Hotel.
Q. Where can I find a list of speakers for the 2008 Annual Meeting?
A. A list of speakers will be available online at this website beginning February 1, 2008.
